I visited Magic Kingdom just last year, so reading that the Rivers of America is drained, Tom Sawyer Island is gone, and Big Thunder Mountain is down until 2026 really threw me. These were classic pause and breathe spots now it's all walls and construction zones. Even Adventureland’s iconic entrance sign is missing!
I get that change is part of the Disney experience, but wow, this feels like a major transition era. With Buzz Lightyear’s ride closed too, the park’s vibe must be completely different. Anyone been recently? Is it still magical despite all the closures, or is it too much disruption?
