Looking for advice or similar experiences.
My luggage was stolen from the bus hold on a FlixBus trip from Brussels to Paris. The bus stopped in Lille and I’m pretty sure it happened there. I filed a claim with FlixBus, but they replied saying they have no record of my luggage, even though their terms say hold luggage is insured.
Since that reply, they haven’t responded to any of my emails. I’ve tried calling the French phone number (+33 1 76 36 04 12) but can’t reach anyone there either.
Has anyone dealt with stolen luggage on FlixBus before? Were you able to get in touch with them or get compensation? Any tips on how to actually reach support would be appreciated.
