My girlfriend and I had our suitcases stolen from the luggage hold on a Ljubljana to Milan FlixBus (14/02).
We filed a police report in Milan and submitted the official FlixBus lost and found form, but now we feel stuck. Not sure what the next step is or how realistic compensation even is.
Has anyone actually managed to get reimbursed by FlixBus in a situation like this? If so, what helped? Receipts, escalation, specific contact method?
