I’ve always been curious about this too… Lufthansa feels like it would be very structured and by-the-book, but I wonder how it is day to day.
From what I’ve heard, German carriers in general lean more professional than “fun,” but that doesn’t mean it’s cold. Probably just a bit more formal compared to some other airlines.
Still seems like there’s room for personality, just maybe not as loose as others.
