Lufthansa has officially launched its Allegris premium cabin on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, marking the product’s North American debut on the Frankfurt–Toronto route. This milestone expands the Allegris rollout beyond Munich and introduces a new standard of comfort, flexibility, and sustainability across all cabin classes. Business Class passengers can now choose from seven distinct seat types, including private suites with sliding doors, while Premium Economy offers fixed-shell seats and Economy features 40% larger screens and improved legroom.
The Allegris-equipped Dreamliners are central to Lufthansa’s modernization strategy, combining lighter materials, ambient lighting, and advanced air systems to enhance comfort and fuel efficiency. With over 29 more Dreamliners scheduled for delivery, Lufthansa plans to extend Allegris service to destinations such as Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá, Hyderabad, and Austin, underscoring its commitment to redefining the long-haul premium experience.
