My dad has a valid Canadian visitor visa in his passport and it shows as valid in his online account too, but Lufthansa’s system didn’t pull it up. They wouldn’t let him board because they said nothing was attached to his passport.
No idea how that even happens when the visa is literally in the passport. Before he buys another ticket, we’re trying to figure out how to avoid the same mess.
If anyone has run into this before, would love to hear what fixed it.
