Just saw this at Hong Kong airport and it caught me off guard.
Lufthansa check-in staff were telling business and first passengers they could only bring 1 carry-on, and even warning people not to buy duty-free.
For economy, they were saying both carry-on + personal item together had to stay under 8kg.
From what I know, LH policy is 2 carry-ons in business/first, and the 8kg rule doesn’t include personal items.
Is this something specific to HKG or just being enforced differently?
