Booked a US–India trip on Lufthansa in Economy Flex so I could change dates easily. Called to move my flight, and the agent somehow downgraded it to Basic Economy without telling me.
Now my ticket says Flex but acts like it’s not. One good agent finally admitted it was Lufthansa’s error and raised a reissue request… 10 days ago. Still no fix. I can’t change, cancel, or rebook and fares have jumped since then.
Anyone know how to escalate something like this? This loop is unreal.
