Someone flying over Berlin noticed a big “100” on the ground that they hadn’t seen before on a previous flight. Sounds like one of those things you randomly spot out the window and then can’t stop thinking about.
Feels like it might be some kind of anniversary marking or event setup, but not totally sure.
