I was trying to book a flight with JetBlue and selected a fare, but by the time I reached checkout I got a message saying the fare was no longer available. This happened just minutes after choosing it.
I called customer support and was told that fares can change at any time before payment is completed. I understand prices fluctuate, but it’s frustrating when the fare changes right after selecting it.
It felt like I had already committed to a price, only to have it change at the final step of booking. It makes the whole checkout process pretty unreliable and annoying when trying to secure a ticket.
