Lounge access after arriving intl and connecting domestic?

I'm flying business from NRT-ORD-DFW. The first flight was operated by JAL(JL56), and the second was by AA. I'm thinking about whether I can go to the ORD Admiral’s club after going through customs, rechecking bags, and going through security for my connected flight. And is the flagship lounge available? P.S. I don't have an AA Executive credit card. Thank you!!!
