Hoping this reaches the right person.
Our Safe Cruise Parking shuttle dropped us at MSC around 11:30am on March 2. We were the last ones off the shuttle, and when everything was unloaded we were missing one hard sided suitcase (photo attached in original post).
The shuttle had stops at Norwegian and Royal Caribbean before MSC, so it’s possible someone grabbed it by mistake earlier.
Not looking to blame anyone, just really hoping it turns up. If you were on a Safe Cruise Parking shuttle that morning and ended up with an extra hard suitcase, please check your bags.
