I lost my phone while transiting through Frankfurt Airport on February 21, shortly after landing and while boarding the shuttle bus from the aircraft. I noticed it missing almost immediately and reported it right away, and I also submitted a Lost & Found request the same day.
Since then, I’ve only been receiving automated replies saying that nothing has been found. The phone is very important to me as it contains personal and professional information that I can’t replace, and not knowing what happened to it has been quite stressful.
I’m currently outside Germany, which makes things more difficult. Calling has been costly and hasn’t led to any useful updates. I’ve already tried contacting the airport, airline, and Lost & Found services through email, as well as asking friends to help reach out on my behalf, but I still haven’t received any real update.
I’m looking for any advice or suggestions from people who may have dealt with a similar situation, especially at Frankfurt Airport or in cases where an item was lost during transit or on the aircraft.
