Used my $730 Venture X travel credit to book an Emirates flight, but autocorrect dropped one letter from my first name. Called Capital One, they said to call Emirates. Emirates said to call the third-party agency (Hopper). Hopper said to call Capital One. Full circle, no fix.
Even went to the airport days before departure, but they said the name had to be corrected through the booking source. After 10+ calls, nothing. Money gone.
