EDIT: I did not mean a resort for large adults. I’m sleep deprived with a newborn and the title came out wrong.
My husband and I are celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and are looking for an adults only all inclusive resort that meets most of our preferences.
We are planning to stay for 7 nights and want a balance of relaxation and activities. Ideally, we prefer a larger property with more to explore. We are not big beach or water activity people, but a decent beach for walking is still important.
Our budget is around $10,000 total for the week, including about $1,000 for flights.
We looked at Excellence Playa Mujeres and Secrets Akumal, but they seemed a bit small in terms of resort size, so we are hoping for something with more space and variety.
Any recommendations for larger adults only all inclusive resorts would be appreciated.
