I’m currently in hospice care after living with advanced cancer for several years, and my husband and I would like to take one last short trip together while I am still able to travel. We live just north of Boston and I can only manage car rides of around three hours or less.
We are hoping to find a calm, scenic, and meaningful place in the New England area where we can spend a quiet time together and create a final memory. Something relaxing and beautiful would be ideal, rather than anything too busy or far away.
