Landing at LHR T3 at 23:35 with a 5 year old, two big suitcases, and a backpack. Really want to avoid dealing with the Elizabeth Line and then a taxi that late, especially if passport control drags. I’m hoping for a fixed price transfer where the driver meets us in arrivals and tracks the flight.
So far Transfeero is the only one I’ve used before (Rome and Lisbon) and it was fine, but I don’t know how they are at Heathrow. Anyone have concrete recs for that hour? How much buffer do you usually give between landing and pickup? And do I need to request a child seat beforehand or do most companies bring one automatically?
Wondering if a black cab from the terminal is just as good at that time of night too.
