Long taxi and departure delay at airport, over an hour wait for takeoff

You would think this was LGA, but it isn’t. There is only one runway being used for departures, and the pilot just announced a 45-minute taxi time before takeoff.

Edit: We eventually took off after about 59 minutes of taxiing. Good luck to everyone still waiting on the ground.
