Long haul on SQ in Premium Economy… is it okay to ask for snacks or cup noodles?

Totally fair question.

On Singapore Airlines, it’s completely normal to ask for snacks between meal services. That’s what they’re there for, especially on long haul. You’re not being difficult by asking.

Cup noodles are usually available on request, and you can absolutely have them at your seat. No need to go hang out in the galley unless the crew specifically suggests it. Most people just eat them at their seat like any other snack.

You’re also not responsible for triggering a chain reaction of noodle orders. If others see and want one, that’s on them, not you.

That said, bringing a couple of your own snacks is never a bad idea, especially if you know you get hungry often. It just gives you flexibility in case timing doesn’t line up with service.

But don’t feel awkward about asking. On SQ, it’s pretty standard.
