Just wrapping up our first cruise on the Ruby Princess with Princess Cruises, and we found the OceanNow delivery menu to be quite limited.
While there are plenty of dining venues onboard, we ended up staying in our cabin more than expected since we weren’t feeling well. Because of that, we relied more on room service and noticed some gaps in the menu—especially for simpler food options.
Some items we wish were available:
BLT sandwich (closest was a turkey club)
Option to order individual pizza slices instead of a full pizza
Mac and cheese
Grilled cheese sandwiches
Simple desserts like chocolate cake or cookies instead of more “fancy” options
Breakfast was also limited, with only the egg muffin available. It would have been nice to have options like pancakes or waffles.
Overall, just sharing feedback based on our experience, we’ll also include this in the post-cruise survey.
