Legendary Indian Dining Comes to the Vegas Strip

As a traveler who’s always on the lookout for great culinary experiences, I was hyped to hear Gymkhana, London’s iconic two-Michelin-star Indian restaurant is opening its first U.S. outpost this fall at Aria in Las Vegas. It’s crazy to think that until now, the Strip didn’t have a proper fine-dining Indian spot! The fact that it’s taking over Julian Serrano’s former space makes it feel even more like a passing of the torch.

Expect a dramatic, upscale vibe and rich Northern Indian flavors with touches from the South and West. I’m already daydreaming about the tandoori lamb chops and venison biryani. Has anyone tried Gymkhana in London? I’d love to hear what you thought and who’s planning to check it out in Vegas this fall?
