I was originally booked on a flight from Milan (MXP) to Copenhagen (CPH) with a 3-hour layover before continuing to Los Angeles (LAX). However, the airline canceled my earlier connection and rebooked me on a later flight that only has a 45-minute layover in Copenhagen.
Both flights appear to arrive and depart from Terminal 3. I’m wondering if a 45-minute layover is sufficient to make the connection, or if it’s too risky.
My alternative option involves rerouting with two stops, which would significantly increase total travel time to around 29–32 hours, compared to the current 15-hour itinerary.
I’m trying to decide whether to keep the shorter layover or switch to the longer, more time-consuming option.
