Late flight with a noon checkout at an all inclusive… how does this usually work?

Booked a package to Cancun with Air Transat and staying at Secrets Playa Mujeres. Our return flight isn’t until 9:30 pm, but checkout is at 12 pm.

Can we leave our luggage with reception and still hang around the resort for food, drinks, and lounging until our transportation shows up? First time doing an all inclusive so not totally sure what’s normal here.

Would love to know how this usually works at Secrets or similar resorts.
