Our flight is scheduled to land at Haneda at 10:15pm on a Friday in April. Our hotel is about a 32 minute train ride from the airport and located right near the station.
The hotel has a midnight check-in cutoff, so we’re trying to figure out if this is realistically doable.
We won’t have any checked baggage, so at least we don’t have to wait at the carousel. I’m mostly wondering how long immigration and customs usually take around that time of night, and whether landing at 10:15pm might actually be late enough to avoid the heavier arrival crowds.
If we could get out of the airport by around 11pm, the train timing should work.
For anyone who has arrived at Haneda late evening, does this seem realistic?
