Lady changed her baby’s dirty diaper in the seat next to me

On my DFW–PHL flight last night, a woman changed her baby’s full-on dirty diaper right in the middle seat. The smell was so bad it woke people up. She didn’t even wipe the seat after, just left it for the next person. Whole row was covered in snack trash too. Honestly one of the grossest things I’ve seen on a plane.
