I saw reports that Kuwait airport was bombed a few hours ago, which made me wonder how Dubai airport is still operating normally.
From what I understand, the strikes happened relatively close to Dubai as well, yet flights there don’t seem to be heavily disrupted.
Is there something I’m missing here? Or does Dubai airport have some kind of protection or defense system that allows it to continue operating even during situations like this?
