Booked a KE ticket (with a Delta leg) and just realized my given and surnames are flipped in their system. To even pull up my booking online I have to enter them swapped, which is worrying. Example: instead of SmithWest/JohnDavid Mr it shows JohnDavid/SmithWest Mr.
I’m sure I entered it correctly at booking, but now waiting on KE to respond. Has anyone run into this before and was it an issue at check-in/security?
