
Korean Air has launched a new branding after its \$1.3 billion acquisition of Asiana Airlines. The updated design features a cleaner look with just “Korean” on the fuselage and a refreshed Taegeuk symbol. Asiana will continue to operate under its name until 2027 before a full merger takes place. Korean Air plans to repaint more than 30 aircraft this year as part of the transition.
