Just got back from a couple weeks in Seoul and Busan and honestly didn’t expect it to feel this different.
Public transport alone blew me away. Fast, clean, everywhere, and super easy to use. Didn’t even think about needing a car once.
Also didn’t expect to eat so much from convenience stores… but they’re actually good. Like real meals, not sad gas station food.
Late night food scene was great too, felt like the city never really shuts down. And overall just felt really safe, even late at night.
Came back home and it definitely made me notice the gaps more.
