My daughter recently flew KLM business class from Toronto (YYZ) to Vienna (VIE) and found the seat space surprisingly cramped.
The window seat in particular felt quite tight, even for her as a smaller passenger (5'1"). I would not recommend choosing the window seats in this 2-2-2 configuration, as the aisle seats seem to offer a more comfortable experience with better access and space.
On a positive note, the lounge experience in Amsterdam (Lounge 52) was very good and made the connection more enjoyable.
