Just found out Kaleo switched their Aug 5 concert from Frog Alley Brewing in Schenectady to Empire Live in Albany on the same day as the show! No official reason was given, and it seems even Frog Alley didn’t get much notice. They’re offering a free drink to ticket holders who swing by later, but still, a 20-mile venue change without explanation isn’t ideal.
I’ve had plans to hit Frog Alley with some friends and now scrambling to adjust. Anyone else going or had similar issues with last-minute venue changes? Was hoping for that local brewery vibe, but Empire Live’s a solid spot too.
Curious how this affects turnout and if it’s a sign of behind-the-scenes issues with the organizers.
