Stopped by the JetBlue lounge at JFK Terminal 5 and it’s honestly disappointing. The space itself is fine, a bit bland, but the food is just awful. Everything’s pre-packaged and sitting in warmers the soup was barely warm, the pastrami sandwich looked hours old, and the Caesar salad croutons were soggy and gummy.
The bar and wine were fine, but I’m not there just to drink. For a Mint lounge, you’d expect something closer to Virgin’s quality in London. This felt cheap and poorly executed
