Booked a BOS–IST round trip through JetBlue for Christmas. Outbound was BOS–JFK–IST. Return was originally IST–BOS on Turkish, which got cancelled. After a lot of back and forth, JetBlue rebooked me for the next day as IST–AMS–BOS.
Fast forward to today. My flight is tomorrow. I log into JetBlue and see that the IST–AMS segment is just… gone. The itinerary now only shows AMS–BOS.
No email. No notification. No explanation. Nothing.
I’m currently in Istanbul trying to get in touch with JetBlue to find out how I’m supposed to get to Amsterdam, or if that flight even exists anymore. They literally removed part of an international itinerary less than 24 hours before departure without telling me.
Has anyone dealt with something like this with JetBlue or interline bookings before? Any advice on how to handle this at the airport or with support? I’m stressed and completely baffled.
