As European flights get really expensive and sometimes cancelled, Gulf airlines like Emirates and Qatar are becoming a good, often cheaper choice.
One may be scared of getting near the triangle israel - US battleships - Iran, and I understand that.
For the others, it’s nice to (re)discover airplane seats as they should always have been: comfortable and spacious. Excellent service, and generous baggage allowance.
