I’ve had some occasional issues before with SAS EuroBonus points not being credited properly, but this recent experience is more confusing than usual.
I flew from Copenhagen (CPH) to the US about three weeks ago. After landing on the outbound flight, I received a notification that points had been credited, but the amount seemed lower than what I expected based on my booking class.
On the return flight, no points were credited at all initially, so I waited the standard two weeks before submitting a missing points claim. However, the system rejected my request, stating that the points had already been credited.
I’m now left confused because the numbers don’t seem to match, and I don’t want to miss out on a significant number of EuroBonus points. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be happening?
