It has been a while since I have flown First Class (although I guess this is technically business class) on an international route from Mexico to Atlanta, but the meal service felt very underwhelming.
I was expecting a more elevated experience, possibly a tablecloth and plated service. Instead, the meal arrived in plastic and foil packaging that I had to unwrap myself, and the overall presentation felt more basic than what I have seen in domestic First Class.
Is this now standard for Delta on these types of routes, or was this an exception?
