Is There a Better Way to Convert Credit Card Points to Airline Miles?

I currently have 100,000 points in my DBS Altitude Visa credit card, and if I convert them to KrisFlyer, they become 200,000 miles. I want to know if this is the best conversion option or if there are better ways to transfer credit card points into airline loyalty programs. I am mainly looking for the most value-efficient method for using my points for flights.

This is specifically in relation to converting bank rewards into Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles, and I want to make sure I am not missing a better redemption strategy.
