We just finished a 14 day back to back on Sun Princess and decided to really test out Princess Premier. We tried to use everything included. Specialty dining, drinks, WiFi, laundry. We even stayed onboard during two port days just to see if the Sanctuary Collection and other perks actually felt worth it.
Now I’m torn.
On paper, it sounds like a lot of extras. In reality, I’m not sure the price jump from Plus makes sense for everyone. I can see it working if you’re maxing out drinks, dining, and WiFi every single day. But if you’re more casual about it, I’m not convinced.
For those who’ve sailed recently, did Premier feel worth the extra cost to you? How did you justify it over Plus?
