I had to cancel my flight to Osaka in May due to medical issues. I originally booked during the SQ Fair 2025 for around SGD 600, though it was a less convenient timing (afternoon to night flight).
Now I’m looking to rebook after getting my refund, but I’m noticing that prices for later this year (Oct–Nov) have already gone up quite a bit. Even more surprising, when I checked Jan–Apr 2027, the cheapest fare tiers seem to be sold out, and remaining options start from around SGD 1,000 and above.
Is this normal for that Jan–Apr period on Singapore Airlines, or is it unusually high right now?
