Is $965 worth it to upgrade from economy to business on CDG–MIA (Air France 777-300ER)?

Is $965 a good price to upgrade from economy to business class on CDG–MIA?

If so, would you recommend seat 19L (back of the cabin, over the wings) for more privacy at the window, or seat 11H closer to the front?

This is on the 777-300ER with the newer cabin layout.
