Is 70 minutes enough to connect in Hong Kong?

Looking at a Sydney–Manila flight with a 1h10m layover in Hong Kong on Cathay. Assuming no delays, is that enough time to make the connection?

Next option has a 3.5-hour layover, which I’d rather skip if possible. Flight’s at the end of this month.
