Looking for some advice before booking. I’m planning to fly Emirates from Kolkata to Barcelona and the best option has a 1 hour 15 minute layover in Dubai. The alternative is a 19 hour layover, which sounds rough.
I’ll be traveling with my 5 year old. I know the Kolkata to Dubai flight usually arrives early, but I’m still wondering if 1h15m is realistic at DXB, especially with a child.
Has anyone done a similar connection with Emirates at Dubai? Is that enough time to get through security and make the next flight without sprinting, or is this cutting it too close?
Would appreciate any insight.
