I booked first class mostly because the included checked bags made it worth it for me. Now I’ve been involuntarily downgraded to economy.
Since economy doesn’t include the same baggage allowance, am I entitled to reimbursement for the checked bag fees I now have to pay? Or is that just considered tough luck once you’re downgraded?
Anyone dealt with this on American before and know how they handle it?
