Infant ticket price is about 60 percent of adult fare, is this normal?

I’m checking flight options for myself and an infant, and I noticed something unusual.

The fare for the infant is showing as roughly 60 percent of the adult ticket price. From what I understand, most airlines typically charge around 10 percent of the adult fare for infants.

Am I missing something here, or is this pricing expected in some cases?
