I am really frustrated with my experience using IndiGo.
During web check-in, I was not allowed to complete the process without paying for seat selection, which costs around ₹1000 extra. This feels unreasonable because I have already paid about ₹10,000 for the ticket itself.
The system is blocking web check-in even though my flight is still more than 3 hours away. It is forcing me to either pay for a seat or wait until airport check-in.
What makes it worse is that customer support also seems to charge for assistance, which feels excessive.
At this point, I am planning to skip web check-in and just do it at the airport instead, since I believe I won’t be charged there.
