Flew US to BLR via Doha on Qatar, and the last leg on Indigo only loaded one of my two bags. AirTag showed the other one still sitting in DOH, and the staff admitted it was left behind because of load issues. First time this has ever happened to me.
They say it’ll be delivered tomorrow and I can see it already landed in Bangalore. Do I need to go to the airport for customs, or will they handle that? And is there any sort of compensation for this kind of delay?
