I’m extremely frustrated with IndiGo’s check-in process.
After already paying around ₹10,000 for my ticket, I’m now being told I must pay extra for seat selection in order to complete web check-in. Without paying for a seat, the system is not allowing me to proceed.
At the time I tried, it was still more than three hours before departure, yet the option to check in without paying for a seat was already blocked.
It also seems like even contacting customer support may involve additional charges, which feels excessive and unreasonable.
At this point, I’m considering just going to the airport to complete check-in there instead, because this process feels unfair and frustrating.
