Impressions of the new Sapphire Lounge in Vegas

Just left the LAS Sapphire Lounge and honestly thought it was great. It’s tucked by C23, so perfect if you’re on Southwest, kinda out of the way if you’re not.

The worst part was getting in. There’s an actual line just to get on the waitlist took me 20 minutes. Then another 45 minutes until they texted me, so about an hour total before I was seated.

Food was legit. Momofuku pork buns, crispy potatoes, a Sapphire burger, plus a bunch of appetizer-style stuff at the walk-up station. Most things were really good, one or two misses. Easy to make a full meal out of it.

Service was way better than I expected constant check-ins, super friendly, felt like a real restaurant. The space itself is smaller than I imagined, maybe room for 75 people but inside it didn’t feel crowded at all.
