After nearly 7 years, JetBlue is finally flying back to Daytona Beach starting this December and I’m honestly hyped. They’re launching nonstop routes to both New York and Boston with fares starting at just $59 one-way. I live in Daytona and having direct flights to the Northeast again is a game changer. No more backtracking to Orlando or Jacksonville just to see friends or escape winter.
The flights run from Dec. 4 through Feb. 11, but keep an eye out for blackout dates around the holidays. I’m definitely planning to grab a seat the second they open up on August 17.
Anyone else flying this route or remember when JetBlue used to serve Daytona? Curious to see how this will impact airport traffic and local travel options.
