Just finished 5 nights at a Courtyard in a big city for a work trip, total mess. Whole floor was under construction, no housekeeping even after requesting, towels never showed up until I chased them down. Twice construction workers tried to come in our room with their key.
Pool drained mid-stay, hot water went out, water shut off one morning all with zero notice when I booked. Honestly one of the worst Bonvoy stays I’ve had.
